What personal data do we process about you?

In the event that personal data necessary to participate in gambling games operated by GAME WORLD is not provided, please note that you will be denied participation in the gambling games.

Why do we collect and process your personal data?

The processing is based on compliance with the legal regulations that we are obliged to comply with.

Because we do not want to bother you with unnecessary or incorrect communication, we use the data we collect to get to know your needs and to offer you appropriate products and services.

How long do we process your personal data?

We only keep your personal data for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, i.e. usually for the duration of the contractual relationship or for the period expressly required by applicable law.  

We keep your personal data for 10 years, as required by specific law, for the duration of our contract, but also after termination of the contract if required by law or for other reasons, but certainly only for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose in each specific case.  

If we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, this personal data will only be processed for the duration of the consent, which you may withdraw or restrict at any time. If you do so, we will stop processing the relevant personal data for the purposes to which you have consented.  

Where we process your personal data during your participation in our projects, competitions and marketing events, this personal data will be processed for the duration of your participation in these events and for a maximum of 1 year after your participation has ended. You may restrict the processing of personal data for this purpose at any time.  

We store call recordings for a period of 1 year.  

When handling your data, we respect the data minimisation rules. This means that we have set strict internal archiving rules to ensure that we do not keep any data for longer than we are entitled to. 

How and where do we collect personal data?

The personal data processed by GAME WORLD comes from a variety of sources. In particular, we process data that is provided directly by you (e.g. when you apply for our products and services or when you participate in our competitions or promotions) or that is generated by your actions (e.g. when you use our website, mobile apps, etc. .). We may also process your data when you visit the point of sale in person.

Who do we share your personal data with?

We may share your personal information with GAME WORLD group companies. 

Each company within the group will share your data as set out in clause 2 above in the context of working with other companies in GAME WORLD for internal administrative purposes. In some cases, we may also we will ask for your consent.

How do we check the age of our customers?

An age limit of 18 years has been set for accessing our website and using our services, which means that we have implemented technical means to reject the registration of people under this age. We do not knowingly process any personal data of persons under the age of 18. If our customer or potential customer is a parent or legal guardian and is aware that their child has provided us with their personal data, they should inform us to prevent us from processing the personal data of minors. If we become aware that we are processing the personal data of a person under the age of 18, this personal data will be destroyed immediately.
